If you have not booked online and hope to go trough live queue... dont! This takes whole day and nobody gives you clear information about how long or what is going on. BOOK ONLINE TO AVOID WAISTING YOUR DAY!

Nobody explains anything! I went just to ask staff a question about the queue, but instead he shouted at me for no reason. Be prepared that staff is very rude. Nobody gives clear information about the processing the bloody q. Worst border crossing ever!👎🏽

There are no queues in the quarantine. Super. You just drop in and pay 4.5 Euro for the lack of service on the Estonian side.

The sump still needs to be found! There is no navigation in the city to contemplate it. Everyone comes there, and those who buy a queue via the Internet. The workload depends on both the date and time. If you have not bought a queue via the Internet, at the entrance to the sump, there is a booth, we go with a passport and documents for the car immediately to it. You give 4.5 € in exchange for a paper with a number. Next, we go to booth number two, as soon as your car number is displayed, we come up with documents and a piece of paper issued in booth number one. There you are given a second piece of paper and you can go to the border, get into a live line. If you bought a queue via the Internet, then skip the first booth and go straight to the second one, because by the booked time you should already be in the sump. There you pay 2.5 € and then, as in the first option, go to the border.
