I constantly go to this mail and everything was always clear for me. Okay, once, when there were 5 minutes before closing, the employee almost forgot to put the goods in the envelope. But there it was necessary to send 3 parcels super quickly and here the person can be understood. In all other cases (and I am a frequent visitor there) everything is without problems. People work well.

Service is terrible !!! The letter was not sent - it did not reach the addressee !!! Do not send anything with simple letters - they are simply lost or not sent! Instead of a check for a non-cash payment they gave for cash, a complete mess.

And let's close the mail at half past six on a weekday, working people do not receive parcels. And we will not write about this not in SMS, not in Google. Update: there was a warning. In the form of a letter that came 3 days after the events described --- a few months later --- I waited for the parcel for about a month. I come to the post office, and now it does not work at all on weekends. Question: how can I physically pick up my parcel if I'm only in town on weekends? Seriously?! I am already silent about the great experience of the times of the epidemic - I was greeted by a leaflet with the address of another mail. On the second I was sent to the third ... Why can't you organize something as obvious as mail?
