Awful store, sellers are not friendly. I bought shoes for a child, came to change, because the size did not fit, I did not receive a clear answer, it was said to exchange for other shoes, which are not! I don't like the other model. Everywhere you can change goods, return money, no problem, but this store lives by its own rules.

I bought Caprice puffy winter boots in an online store, after two months of socks the material burst on my backs. I wrote a complaint to the store, they didn’t even answer me ...
