Ruins, somewhat poorly kept; wooden stairs and the balcony is in bad shape and partly rotted, youths have obviously had some parties there and some trash is strewn around. Worth visiting if you visit the museum right next to it. For the ruins alone? Not so much.

A little broken rocks. With the help of a small (but not too small) fantasy, it is possible to create the idea that instead of this broken pile of stone, there was once a building with some incomprehensible purpose.

Linnuse 9, Keila, Harjumaa, 59.304098, 24.437536 59 ° 18 '14.75 ", 24 ° 26' 15.13" In the southeastern part of Keila, on the so-called river bank, in a private park, there is a quadrangular foundation of the building (tower), the thickness of the foundation is more than 1 meter. The foundation was excavated, presumably in 1976. In the western corner of the building is the preserved foundation of the rounded tower, reaching a height of 2 meters. Excavations were carried out in the 1970s and 1990s, which confirm that we are dealing with a fortified manor, not far from which there were other buildings that belonged to the manor. Up to now, excavations have not yet touched the medieval castle, the northern part of the castle was built in the late 14th - early 15th century. The history of the construction of this building is very ornate, the construction was rebuilt several times. Presumably, the complex was used in the 17-18 centuries. The finds found during excavations are very diverse, the finds are dated 13-18 centuries. Only the foundation was left of the castle. The ruins of a vasal settlement occupy an area of 22.4 hectares. The vasal castle and manor were sold to the Livonian Order in 1433.
