We bought a electric generator, can't be worse. Opening times are not customer service friendly. A shop with equipment especially for agriculture and technical use should have customer service 24/7! After , twe complainedh, the money was refund by the owner instantly. For us okay, but in cases like this, exchange would be better. Could save trouble and costs. My advice: One person could be able to be available for customers, I am sure this would be a big step to a great customer service.
