Cosy cafe to hangout, also it is mostly private and also the service is great.

The food was okay, but the customer service ruined the experience. They forgot our order. When we reminded them about our missing food and drinks, they told us that they can't serve coffee for some reason. No apologies or not even an acknowledgement that it was their fault. By that time we had waited there for about an hour and just wanted a refund. They refused very rudely. We agreed to take our food to go as we were really hungry and by that time in a hurry. Foolishly we never checked the takeaway boxes and realized that they gave us only half of the order we had paid for. We never got even a half-hearted apology even though we were polite throughout the whole experience.

At first glance I thought it's a bit pricey but eventually I was really full and satisfied. Their breakfast sets are very big and delicious and although I wanted to try the pastries as well I just couldn't eat any more.
