The church is decorated with a wooden tower on the ridge of the roof and the interior in the pseudo-Gothic style of the 19th century. In the New Church of St. Lawrence you will find the altar painting of Tõnis Grenzestein “Christ on the Cross” (1895) and 4 wooden figures of the apostles (Jaan Kort, 1910). It is interesting to know: - The New Church is the only brick church in South Estonia. - All items in the church are protected by the state as monuments of art.
