Absolutely incredibly poor customer service, first of all, a rude woman calls from behind the counter and accuses me of not answering the phone call because their driver is wandering and can't find our address. No one had called me before and when the driver finally arrived it was so rude he didn't even say hello just came out of the car pulled the van door open and stood there waiting as I lifted down the worktops which are 4 meters long and 60 centimeters wide and very very heavy. When asked if he wouldn't help me, this man said categorically NO I WILL NOT LIFT !! Fortunately, my 12-year-old daughter was at home with whom we took these two large worktops to the garden from a high car with VERY difficulty. I meet this kind of customer service for the first time in my life. What would have happened if I had been home alone? The child's hands have been completely crushed after such lifting! Nobody told me that the transport is to the gate and that I have to pick it up from the car myself when I ordered the transport from the store. Calling back to the store, the answer was that the man who made the transport should have helped. I don't know, then, make things clear within your company, what are the responsibilities of the driver and whether it is still normal to sit down and watch a little girl break in half under a big load.
