Beautiful quarter! Absolutely an incredible change made in an old dirty place. A big plus is the port and restaurants! What great happiness and joy it is for the owners of sailing yachts on the north coast, as well as for other boaters, that there is another beautiful big harbor! The old town / city center is very close. If I were young and had the opportunity to live in the city, in an apartment, then this quarter is exactly where I would like to be!

One of the best places in Tallinn to see the sunset in summer. In good weather, a lot of people always gather, nice music plays.
