1. Issued their medical insurance to Russia for their daughter. The insurance amount turned out to be scanty, so the bureau employee wasn’t eager to mess around with me, saying so directly and telling me “I refuse, I shouldn’t do this at all”. 2. Someone’s passports with attached visas were lying directly on the counter at the entrance to the bureau in a prominent accessible place. 3. I definitely will not recommend this bureau.
