I stayed here for two nights in September 2020 and had an excellent time. Karel (night reception) was very welcoming and helpful, the room itself was beautiful and well kept (I was in a Zen room) and the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of food available. The hotel is located far enough out of the city centre to be relatively quite, but also close enough so you're just a few minutes walk away from the shops and sites. If I am ever back in Tallinn then I'm not even going to look elsewhere, I am going straight here.

Perfect location, excellent service and high quality comfortable rooms with perfect noise isolation. Tasty breakfasts in the gluten free option.

Nice hotel, well situated just outside the old town, the room we had was very clean, comfortable and more importantly very quiet! Recommended.

We stayed one night in the von Stackelberg hotel on the 1st of January 2021. It was the time of strict Covid rules, so all the common areas including restaurant were closed. We booked a Zen room with a jacuzzi and left a note while booking that we had chosen the stay for a little celebration. We were warmly (and very politely) welcomed with the news of upgrade to Zen Deluxe room as they had vacancies. We were also very pleasantly surprised by the romantic decoration in the room (a sweet response to our note about our celebration). The room was spacious, beautifully designed, so as well the bathroom. Loved the toiletries collection as well (I’m quite picky with these). As the restaurant was closed, we were advised to use one of the delivery service available in Tallinn and the staff offered to bring the food to our room once it was delivered to the reception. The (superb) breakfast was also served in the room due to Covid rules. We also asked for a late checkout which we were kindly allowed (free of charge). A truly amazing stay and a perfect beginning to the 2021 – would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxorious stay in Tallinn.
