Cool church. You can walk anywhere since all the doors and walkways are open and accessible to visitors. You can go up to the bell. I was very pleased. I love climbing on such structures.

Vigala Maarja kirik, Raplamaa, Kivi-Vigala küla 58.710650, 24.368085 58 ° 42 '38.34 ", 24 ° 22' 5.11 This building is the oldest in Qiwi Vigala. The church was built for the first time by the feather of the half of the 14th century. The one-nave church was built in the Gothic style. Since that time, only the choral part of the building has been preserved, since the hall and tower were built at a later time. In 1933, the tower of the Vigala church was built (architect Alar Kotli), the tower was a kind of monument to people who fell during the Revolution of 1905, as well as during the First World War and during the Liberation War. On the board located on the wall of the church, the names of the dead people are written, in the place where the boards are located, there are consoles where the sculptures “Soldier” and “Peasant” are located. In the church where the church door is located, the Liberation Cross is located. The tower was restored in its original form in May 1988, it was the first restored monument after the Liberation War in Estonia. On the northern bank of the Enge River, in the eastern part of the church, is the Vigala Cemetery. In the vicinity of the church are some medieval stone crosses. Writer and journalist Mihkel Aitsam, as well as victims of the 1905 revolution, Bernhard Laipmann and Tõnis Erwin, folklorist M.J. Eisen and parents of V. Tormise, are buried in this cemetery.
