Wasa Resort

The place is so nice, the room was nice but I think should be upgraded with a bathtub for a private romantic experience. Spa facilities are so nice. Nice views to the garden and during the winter the contrast of the snow makes it a great experience. However, they should be upgraded too by adding another jacuzzi on the outdoor or extend the current jacuzzi to the outdoor to have the weather contrast sensation. The restaurant is good. Breakfast have a nice variety of food and good quality.

- My wife and I celebrated new year’s eve at the hotel. It happened so that my wife forgot the golden necklace in the pocket of the robe that was provided by the hotel. We found it out when we were already home, 3 hours have passed since we left the hotel. We called the reception with the hope that the staff would check the pockets of the robes on the same day. But, it turned out differently: the hotel sent all the robes to the wash without checking the pockets. Naturally, nothing was found during the wash. If we knew that the hotel staff would not check, we would go back and do it ourselves. Of course, there is nothing to blame the hotel for, but the staff could be more helpful in such a situation. Be careful, do not forget to check the pockets of your robes before leaving the hotel. + Room was spacey and nicely furnished. Spa was good, breakfast was delicious. Room prices are over the roof. Delux room 270€ and suite 300€ per night considering the rooms aren't that great (at least not delux). Key word is smallness (rooms and bathroom also). Bedroom doesn't include TV. Cooling system control panel is from the 90's. SPA is also small. One pool and one jacuzzi. There is sanarium which is quite useless. Sauna is good but the steam sauna is probably the best i have been. Massage was very very good. Both the restaurant menu and street food menu are great. Food is FANTASTIC! Also breakfast was rich and very good.

Really good brand new hotel. We were staying in Studio apartment with 2 kids - and for us room size was suitable. SPA is not huge, but good that only hotel guests are allowed. As we had package with dinner and breakfast then want to say about food - it is amazing, delicious and with a good quality!!! We liked our stay and defenetely will come back:)

Good hotel, not far from beach and old town. We were in main new building. Rooms light, bed was comfortable. Small balcony. Bath room small, but space was enough. Bathrobes, slippers and big towel for SPA was in the room. SPA pool was good, jacuzzi and saunas was good. But I missed some small pool or jacuzzi with cooler water. Big pool and jacuzzi had very warm water. Bar in SPA zone was not working. Breakfast was good and reach. Parking next to entrance or around corner.
