Beautiful place, very friendly service. We really enjoyed the stay.

The room smells because there is an old and ugly carpet inlaid into the floor. The bathroom is tiny and uninviting with just a sink in the middle of the room instead of a shower. The view is nice but opening the windows does not get rid of the smell within 12hrs. The room is not clean. A lot of the interior is old cheap or broken. They obviously did not even make the effort to vacuum clean the disgusting carpet. I cannot understand the good ratings. Maybe some rooms are better? However, the breakfast was not good either. Cheapest sausage and fake butter etc. So be warned!

Haapsalu is a nice place to visit. The hotel is okay but a bit outdated, especially the restaurant. The breakfast items didn't taste fresh. Our bed was small with too small blankets. Good view and friendly staff though.

Por service! We booked breakfast at 8 am but no breakfast was served. We were not given any excuse for this! No email for contact on the website so I write this review instead. :(

Very nice boutique hotel. Good service. Room was clean and pleasant though the bathroom is tiny. There is no restaurant and breakfast could be a lot better but, overall, a very pleasant stay.
