Really great burgers, cheap as well. The fries are better than McDonald's. Would recommend to install the Hesburger app to get discounts using coupons, which renew every month.

Just one employee serving for ten customers. I wait there 30 minutes, crazy.
Waited on burger for 20mins when there were only two clients eating.
The food - excellent. The service - outstanding. The only problem - long waiting time caused by understaffing. I was here with a group of friends and we waited for 10 minutes to order and another 20 minutes to receive our order. There was only person working in the kitchen. On a weekend. Near the city centre. That's not enough.
