I want to share my experience. The ugliest customer service I've ever seen in Tallinn. A particularly prominent waitress I have met several times already. Why are people in a service chain that hates people kept in such a large chain?

A disrespectful employee, whoever she was named Piret, before instructing how to wear a mask, did not help in this service.

Otherwise, a very nice place but hard to figure out where the department is located.

Thoughtful store, poor product selection prices expensive.

One of the few stores where a large number of people can find clothes. Sometimes even colored clothes. :) 4 stars for that. Unfortunately, H&M is also one of the major polluters, for example in Indonesia. If there were no choice of large numbers, this topic would raise my score to 3 stars. If you could overcome this concern, I would give 5 points. In the meantime, good luck!
