Debenhams

Made an order and payment via Debenhams e-shop according to the listed rules (Saturday evening). Came to specified shop for pickup on next midday only to find that "e-shop" orders are not serviced on weekend (what?) and I should have waited for some call(what? again)? Total contradiction to process described on the site where it clearly states that all orders made after 15:00 will be GIVEN on the next day at Rocca Al Mare shop. Staff offered to cancel my order (fill out paperwork), get my money back in 14 day and meanwhile buy same item right there on the spot....until it became obvious that e-shop promo discount will not be applied. End result - wasted an hour of my time, no goods, filled-out paperwork for refund, bought in another shop. My recommendation - ok-ish to buy on-site, never online.

Damaged coat already after purchase!! No way! After consulting management, we got our money back. A positive development and hopefully a standard for future deals with customers. Thanks!

A great Debenhams with a great selection of everything. Helpful staff and it doesn't get busy!

I love the discounts of children's clothes. Otherwise the clothes are too expensive or not of a good quality to my mind. Surprises can be found in womensv section, unique beautiful dresses.
