We made the payment on 02/28/2019, when we asked for a written request to wait for the goods, we received an answer to look at the conditions on the website (where it is indicated 7-14 days) after 14 days, without receiving anything, we again requested the delivery date, but we were not given a clear answer, as a result, 25.03. 2019 asked to return the money without having received the goods and the exact date of delivery. Money returned without problems - the only plus of this organization.

Extremely negative experience. You can't get the ordered goods. The phone is not answered. Customer Service 0. Only excuses and promises. Do not recommend. Not reliable. Don't buy from there. Don't use their service.

WEEK the order was processed, there was no information about the status or difficulties from the company (they received money, why work?). She wrote herself 1.5 weeks later, to clarify the status of the order, in response to which a letter arrived at night that the order was canceled, the necessary model turns out to be not only absent (which means that the information on the site misleading the consumer), but also a refund not. And yet there is no concern for the client - you won’t write it yourself, and you will be kept in ignorance for 30 days at best, condolences about the error on the site (obviously, it is normal for the company to mislead the client).
