Worst place to buy anything. No warranty support. I've bought Fitbit Blaze in September 2016. In May 2017 I found it's watchband connections are starting to break. I've sent them to Klick service and after 3 weeks they gave me my Blaze back with the description that this is my fault and there is no warranty in this case. BTW watches wasn't even hit or fall off. After I searched same problems on fitbit forums and their customer support solved my problem within 3 days. It's questionable why does Klick support didn't contacted official manufacture and didn't clarify warranty information by themselves ?

Does not recommend Klick. I brought my phone for warranty repair. We reviewed the phone with the customer service representative, who confirmed that the phone goes under warranty. Klick performed a diagnostics that showed that the battery was exhausted (3 weeks). The diagnostics also revealed that the battery has actually expired. It is up to the customer service representative to inform the customer. In that case, I wouldn't have sent you this phone, because I don't need diagnostics to understand that the Iphone's battery is exhausted. My time and nerves have been wasted for a month and the phone will not be returned. My sincere recommendation, keep your nerves and buy your own stuff elsewhere!

I just got a call from a Klick Estonia representative (I have no idea if it was a customer service representative or a manager), and having worked in the service field for 15 years, I have never been involved in such behavior. The person called me first relatively late in the evening and actually business and swore at the phone instead of finding a solution to my problem as a customer. I recommend it to anyone who wants to keep any human treatment away from this company. Terrible !!

Estonian himself, but tried very hard to help in Russian. The problem was solved very quickly and the new phone was sent by courier. Thank him very much! Such employees are very valuable!
