Good prices, decent delivery

Ordered a product which was said is in stock and delivery time 1-7 work days. I waited 14 days and no package. I e-mailed them and absolutely no answer for multiple days. Then I called and was told that this product is out of production even if it was said to be in their store stock! They told it like it was an everyday thing no apologies or anything. If I hadn't contacted them, I would've waited forever for my package. Quite ridiculous. I suggest to stay away from this store, at least the e-shop. Update: had to call them back for my refund too. Looks like they forgot that too.
