I bought an electric scooter and, upon first use, found that the headlight was not working. The next day I came to the store and pointed out the defect, to which I was offered to hand over the scooter for repair, which did not suit me, since I needed the scooter right now, I had plans to rest on my vacation, and I demanded a refund, which as it turned out to be impossible, because I already rode it. Interestingly, without using a scooter, I could not find a defect, but the rules completely ignore this fact, which for me as a consumer is generally absurd.

It's not there anymore.

The original packaging is suddenly missing (it turns out when paid for), the online service is zero. Take action when you mention consumer protection, but too late, I give up the deal. I wonder how fast the money transfer takes place if we can't deliver in 10+ days 😂
