I ordered a chair yesterday. The saleswoman said that the warehouse is closed, come and pick it up tomorrow. I drove up to the overpass today, returned the check, waited 10 minutes in the cold, in the end they said that there was no chair and they ordered it from Tartu. WITH TARTU !!!! What does Tartu have to do with it?!?! And how can you sell a thing and say, take it the next day, not having this thing in stock ?! Horrible customer service. I took the money and will never deal with this store again.

The most negative experience. The seller Maimu Kuuskmäe in Rocca Al Mare simply lied about the availability of the sofa. Instead of one week (as she assured and checked in the system) you have to wait a whole month. They constantly call new dates and do not bear any responsibility. But the bill must be paid on the same day! Terrific service. I do not advise anyone to order something that is not currently in stock.
