Super friendly people, fantastic class! I contacted the box while in town and they replied quickly to say I could drop in whenever I wished. I was welcomed in heartly and all the instructions were given in English. WOD was challenging but the members were lovely and helped me through. I will definitely be dropping in again.

Most passionate people. They speak your language. They can't imagine that someone could just wonder around. They see potential and expect you to work hard to gain a better fitness level. At this place, there are are people around you who understand mindset and meaning in training. How to put it first, to cheer others and get rewarded.
