An excellent place to stay, friendly and hospitable owners, cleanliness in the rooms, silence, there is a kitchen, shower and toilet in the room, fast wifi. You can rent an apartment for a day, week, month, or longer. There is a laundry room, parking spaces near the house and in the yard. Video surveillance, security, fire alarm. An ideal place for a couple or single guest in the area.

Super place, excellent value for money, the owners live right in the house, they personally meet, tell about everything that is needed, all issues are resolved within 5 minutes. The stay is calm, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Its own mini kitchen with refrigerator and microwave, dishes, tiles, comfortable bed, clean beautiful linen. You can wash and dry clothes in a separate laundry room in the house, place a bicycle or a baby carriage in the lobby. It is only 5 minutes to the beach and parks, Stroomi keskus and Maxima XX, a bus stop just around the corner, free parking for guests' personal transport. Would definitely recommend for single travelers, couples and parents with a child.

Have been twice, very comfortable, cozy like at home. The location is great, next to the sea and a huge park. Playgrounds and shops, everything is nearby. There is a bus stop nearby, easy access to the city center. Would highly recommend this hotel !!!

They rented us a studio apartment to really forget, in addition to there being no furniture there were not even the shelves to place the suitcases, cutlery and any other good to be able to cook decently There is no washing machine that is advertised on the site, much less a simple hairdryer, 2 chairs x 3 people, single sheets on the double bed .... really something remedied It is not beachfront as per the site but is at least 500 meters from it! I really advise against it P.s. only positive note is viachaslav who is a friendly person.
