Had an amazing day here seeing the sights and eating the foods of old Estonia! We biked here and parked them outside while exploring. We saw many fun critters, well-preserved buildings, and had delicious food! Can't recommend this place enough. Everything was beautiful and perfect; it was an enriching experience!

Best place to come during the world situation as it's open air but still get the museum and discovery opportunity. We celebrated a child's birthday party here with 3friends and were able to socially distance yet still have fun by sleighing on the hills, renting old timely sleighs and riding in a horse carriage looking at history .

20 EUR for 3 people (2 adults 1 three-year-old) to enter this museum and when you walk through it there is nothing but old houses no place to go to the toilet for miles, and the Caffe is terrible 10 euro for two pieces of chicken and three thumb sized potato pieces. Terrible experience. Very low value for money.

A really interesting visit with information boards in English as well as Estonian. A really good way to make history come alive. Even though we visited in the winter season there was still plenty to see and a number of the buildings were open with historically dressed attendants. Really enjoyed visiting the goats! There is a themed restaurant inside the museum with good food also in keeping with the theme. Highly recommend.

Went there during Museum Night. Since I arrived quite late, around 8pm, there was a concert under the roof of one of the old houses and a bonfire was lit on the Kiigeplats. Otherwise, not much was going on throughout the whole museum complex. Just a lot of different era houses and farming, handicraft equipment.
