When I pointed out to the seller that he was returning more cash than needed, the seller became angry and explained loudly that I owed the pharmacy (because they did not have to give back the cents at the checkout). In addition, when I asked for the batteries for the thermometer, I was told with unwavering confidence that the thermometer should be discarded, they would not be replaced. I got the battery from another store and it works beautifully.

The body of the cream was sold to the head of the lip balm and it was alleged that a recipe was needed for the over-the-counter product. It did not look familiar with the products.
