We purchased a 2 person oval hot tub from Baltresto and are really enjoying it. Our set-up is a 2-person insulated fiberglass tub with an insulated cover using just the 3kW heater as the heat source. The great thing about this for us is that we can use one European outlet with a splitter for the power source for the heater and filter and have the hot tub right by the house on our patio. We are able to get the hot tub up to hotter temperatures than we would even want (42+) with this set-up. We have been turning it on each day at around 5 and it is hot enough to sit in by 8 pm. That may change when the weather cools off a bit more. It is a very nice looking tub because of the wood exterior and the nice looking insulated cover. We just got a simple set-up with no jets or lights, which we like.

The experience of dealing with Baltresto has been wonderful from start to finish. Most importantly, the wood-stove siphon heater is a little marvel of design; and though compact in appearance, it has the heart of something five times the size. When we needed extra length of hose for a dividing wall it was dispatched within the hour. Many happy years of bathing to come.

Great experience Firstly, sorry for the delay in writing this review. Let me start from the very beginning, which is a very good place to start!! Brief: Wife wanted hot tub for her big birthday looked at nearly every company and chose Baltresto due the quick replies to emails and advice given. Ordering: Dealing with Jelena. This lady made the process so easy due to her friendly manner and knowledge of the product. I ordered a 2m dia hot tub with bubble system. I needed it flat pack as it was difficult to locate at home. Jelena even emailed me asking if they wanted me to allow them to install the jets in the bottom of the tub, which I did. Only issue I had was payment and this was totally my fault. Use PayPal not through the bank. Dispatch and Delivery: I was informed of the dispatch date and sent a link to track it. I received the tub within 5 days. It even arrived early at home. Product: Straight away you could tell it was good quality from the way it was packed. No signs of damage on the packaging and the pallet it arrived on was converted into a log store by me! Assembly: Chose a nice fine day and started building it. I had looked at the instructions and laid everything out split down the screws into containers and started. I would recommend ratchet straps to pull the base together as it was the most difficult part to do, just because the joints are so tight. Rest of the build was very straight forward just need to take your time and don't panic and follow the instruction book. Fitting the internal stove: Take your time to mark it out before drilling holes so as not to get near to joints. With the bubble system you get the finish for the top which really does finish off the product. Filling it: I was expecting gallons of water to escape but no a few small leaks which quickly stopped once the wood had swollen. Only mistake that I made was I should have ordered a filter system for it as the amount of use it has had warrants one!!!! Would I buy this product again YES! Would I buy from Baltresto again YES! Would I deal with Jelena again A GREAT BIG YES!!

We recently purchased a 4 person barrel sauna from Baltresto. The product is great and their service has been amazing. We encountered some issues with the shipment to Portugal, but that clearly was an issue with the shipping company and Jelena was extremely helpful getting the issue resolved and getting the product delivered to us ASAP. Really recommend this company if you are looking for a fair priced barrel sauna in Europe!

Really pleased with our 1.6m wood fired hot tub with bubble system. Baltresto allow you to create a system that is bespoke to your own needs which is great. We chose the flat pack tub with bubble system. The communication from Marina and Jelena was perfect from order to delivery, they even helped with additional photos on the bubble system install. Delivery was ten weeks which felt a long time, but this was explained on order and we are in a global pandemic at the moment. Construction is fairly easy, but don't try and make the staves too tight, they don't need to be at first. It is unnerving when water leaks out at first, but this does settle as the wood swells. Theres a really fun YouTube video online of this process and instructions are provided. I wish I'd ordered the metal cover also as some debris is collected in water without it. Takes about three hours to warm water up, but absolutely fabulous on a cold winters night. Especially with the baltresto hot tub hats on. THANKS BALTRESTO
