Items look good. But the staff is somewhat aggressive. I just had an incident, called up to ask when will I get the couch and the consultant said "2nd of November", but on that date I did not get the couch nor any contact from them. Next day I had to call myself and ask for it, now they say it will be delivered in 2 days. I give low rating because they did not take action to contact me themselves to notify of a delay and when I contacted them, the same consultant over the phone claimed he did not promise that I will get the item on the 2nd of November, sounded very aggressive, eventually he hung up on me. I find such behavior unacceptable for a store that sells such expensive items.

Best beds around. Excellent service. Wide choice of materials. Wait times for some orders may be long but worth it.

The staff is very kind and the designs are very interesting. A pure Scandinavian design I would say!

It is an expensive furniture store, some items interesting, but the attendant couldn't carefully less about us. She was sitting on the computer and than on the phone and didn't even say hello.

Do not recommend! Within two months, the defective part could not be replaced.
