Do not buy from this company !!! very bad customer service, very quick to take money but not very quick to respond to email or deal with complaint ! It took 6 months to get my kitchen done from them and still i am dealing bit by bit with issue of late fitting, bad fitting, by advice and lately missing items on my order that somehow i am responsible for !!! AVOID it especialy lasnamae center and Muugiconsultant Violetta !!!!

I don’t recommend ordering any custom furniture from them. The salesperson wasn’t competent enough. They didn’t understand what we wanted and always needed time to overthink, which extended the whole process. Deadline was promised to be the beginning of the year but it was postponed. Once the material was here, they had 10 workdays to put them together and they still came at the very end of the deadline. The assembler didn’t have some things with him so we gave them for the furniture installation. Some sizes of the furniture were different from the original plan. Also there were multiple materials which were produced wrong and he had to come back next week to fix these issues. After installation we asked them some information about the furniture but after almost a month, we still haven’t received any response. We did everything from our side: answer emails as quickly as we can and paid right away but that didn’t seem to help. Overall, we are really disappointed in our experience.
