They sold me two custom products and one off-the-shelf product. 15 minutes after buying the products, I found out that they sold me an off-the-shelf product, which I actually didn't need. I immediately returned to the shop and wanted to give the UNOPENED product back, but they were not willing to give me a refund and told me that I should come the next morning, so their 'boss' can conduct the refund. Okay, I did exactly what they told me and went to the shop in total three times within 24 hours to return the item, but everytime they neglected the refund and put me off until later. I was not able to return an unopened off-the-shelf product. I kindly advise the shop to overthink their customer service.
