The technician came and fixed the leak, which we had already identified. The necessary funds for improvement were not included and he said that a price offer would be made. The next day we called to find out about the quote, after which we were asked to take pictures of the leak (which could have been asked immediately or could have been done by a plumber who had been sent). The price offer had not been sent for the next day either, it was said by phone that it would be dealt with and the offer would be sent on the same day. Three days later, there is still no quote. If we had already received help from another service provider, their technicians said that a plumber sent by Torufix gave false and incompetent advice on how to repair the leak.

As is often the case, plumbing fails at the most inopportune time. Just before leaving, the bathroom faucet was gone. I called Torufix OÜ and the next day I had a new faucet in the bathroom. Plumbers outside faucet and everything you need. It got done quickly and efficiently. I was satisfied!
