We found the people very helpfull and friendly, not being able to understand Estonian we prepared ourselves for a difficult time but it was smooth sailing because everyone was willing to help us. I can't understand all the negative reviews. Keep up the good work.

How are these people supposed to help me if the only thing u hear is a woman at the front desk proclaiming that she doesn’t speak English.

Was there to apply for an ID Card so I had an appointment. Everything was straightforward , I could pay by card and take a photo there. All good really.

Didn't believe the 1 star reviews until I went here myself. Wow. I'm a little in shock to be honest at the attitude of some workers here. Every time you go here - there is approximately 30% chance you'll have a negative experience.

Everyone is unhappy and tired already in the morning here, attitude of the employees is like You're supposed to know everything, but if You don't then they are not too happy to explain with patience.
