Great atmosphere, warm and friendly yet professional service and absolutely beautiful flavours. Especially pleased with the vegetarian dishes which are well thought out and not just on the menu so that vegetarians also have an option. Overall an amazing experience!

Stunning restaurant with stunning food, we have dined in one of their sister restaurants Noa on many visits Estonia and annoyingly never tried Tuljak! We shall be back! A must when visiting the city

Location is is excellent. Renovated interiour worse than previous. Kitchen awful and extremely expensive.

Limited access (wheelchair?) but nice open interior, options for separate space for groups. Spacey. Terrace and great sea views. Short but well composed menu, fresh and mouthwatering options for all.
