Poor quality installation, the customer is ignored by not answering the emails for weeks, and the solution is not offered by phone, but the given person who does not know anything about the topic answers the phone. We are still waiting for feedback on how the company will solve the problem.

We contacted the office in Lasnamäe. On the spot, they seemed to communicate politely. But, when everything has already been paid for, apparently, you can "score" on the client. They did not pick up the phone, although they called the work number. The next day, after calling the owner of the company, they answered with a message, but not very friendly.
