In our stairwell, the elevator has been constantly broken for a couple of years now, although the damper got off, yesterday a woman with a 2-week-old and a 2-year-old child with a pram was stuck on the 1st floor. When calling OTIS, no one picked up the phone, we called rescuers. The rescuers barely got rid of that elevator. OTIS CALLED back in 2.5 hours and asked if we would still sit in the elevator .... The event took place in Tallinn. A few km from the OTIS office. At a distance ....

I just talked about your company with a very rude employee. My neighbors have also complained that they will simply be mocked when they call. It is said that only you have a problem, others do not.
