Hello dear Tulika Takso employees! First of all I would like to say I loved my trip to Estonia, but there was one experience that ruined the whole trip. I was visiting from Finland as I'm on vacation. I'm from the mainland US. The taxi driver was very weird, as he was doing crossword puzzles as I was approaching the taxi. We knocked on the window and the guy signaled that we can come in. I greeted him in English, but the guy just talked to me in this strange language (probably Finnish, Russian or Estonian) I then asked how much will it be to go to Raekoja Plats. Then he answered something about "Kolm paul euro!". I went to Google translate and it said 3 and a half euros. When we got to Raekoja Plats the driver was asking for 8 and a half euros. I asked him what was this all about and he just answered in that strange language again. I gave him 10 euros and said keep the change. He said something and we left. Don't use this taxi company if your're a foreigner. (Finnish will be okay) To add one point the car smelled very bad. VW Passat This was my review on Tulika. The driver had awesome driving skills and the ride was comfortable. Thanks Tulika for horrible experience

Totally unreliable taxi company. We had requested a Taxi drive from our hotel to the airport. Our flight was quite early in the morning so other taxi options were quite limited. We called them 1 day in advance, we also sent them an email with booking details and we received a confirmation. However, we were waiting for half an hour and no one appeared. We called the company and noone responded. Luckily for us, we booked an uber and we managed to get our flight just in time. Never use Tulika if you are in Estonia. Prefer uber or bolt instead. ..

Never use this taxi. Some drivers can charge you 20 Euro. Fix price for short trip. Unfortunately I don’t remember plate of that taxi driver...

During less than one week 3 Tulikas had tried to give me drive around city. So, if you don't know Tallinn, be ready for cheating. And again! The driver took tip automatically, gave me wrong back, when I paid my trip!
