Good hair dresser, ask for Heidi Usai

I booked my appointment online and when I went to my appointment, the hairdresser did not show up. When I arrived no one paid attention to me waiting there either, I went to ask myself if my hairdresser is even coming after the waiting time got suspiciously long already. After getting a response that no, my hairdesser is not there, I found out that their system just sends automatic confirmation to client. Not sure why they are not doing something about it, if they are already aware of the issue.
