Friendly personnel and nice facilities. Some words about Lexus as a vehicle: it's really a shame when multimedia/navigation system in 2019 RX (not 2020 model year) feels like it has arrived back from 2010. Come on, it really feels at least five years behind German cars and spoils the whole perception of the interior. I really hope that Lexus will offer navigation/CarPlay/Android Auto retrofit options to their cars because otherwise it will feel like the brand just does not care about building up long-term business relationship with their customers.
