We rented a car in August 2019, and the car trip was fine. But 15 days later we saw a credit card charge without receiving in advance a document or, at least, an email.
In that occasion we paid our fine a little bit upset, but without raising problems.
Now, after 7 months we received an additional charge without information before, forcing us to call and ask explanation to receive an evidence (not yet arrived)
This company is not serious nor affordable
I am satisfied with the service, our plane arrived late and instead of the airport we arrived by bus to the bus station in Tallinn. There was no problem to pick up the car there. I would recommend.
These guys are a complete disaster. Not only they decided to take my ID ,and my car licence at their office during I had their car rent, but also they close their office the day I was leaving It before the time they declared. I had to cancell my flight because of them and I Lost more than 1.000€!!!!! It is a totally scam
Stay away from this. Find a local car rental instead. the insurance plan is very shady.
Absolutely recommended. Fast, cheap and uncomplicated. Very helpful. The cars are outstanding and the contact and staff are very friendly.
