Sakala Dentists

after seeing good reviews on Google, i decided to try Sakala Dentist, and unfortunately, that was one of the worst experiences, that i would NOT RECOMMEND to anyone. I was called 20 min late to the room, and the doctor didn't even bother to apologise. While doing a treatment, the doctor didn't say a word to me for the whole time, to check if everything is ok with me or no. In the middle of the treatment, i didnt even feel that doctor was confident in what she was doing, and the fact that there was no comments at all, didnt put me at ease at all.. When i asked for some water to rinse my mouth after the treatment (I was not offered this by the way), i have been given a plastic cup with tap water, and been asked to spit the water in another plastic cup! Thats not really a private clinic standards in my opinion! Then i had to ask for a mirror (as the doctor didnt bother to show me what was done), so i just been told to check the mirror on the wall. And the cherry on the top - this clinic cannot provide receipts in English, so if you would want to claim your overseas dental insurance, and need a receipt in English, you will be in trouble. After this experience i have cancelled another appointment i had for the next day, and would definitely not recommend Sakala Hambakliinik to anyone. Waste of time and ruined day

Hello! Very good and caring dentists. At the same time, I wonder that in the middle of the crown, customers are not required to wear a mask. And yet the waiting room is so poorly ventilated. The waiters were free, demanding paper from the customer, but no mask was even offered. The man without a mask also ran nervously around the room, it didn't bother any of the employees. This is a medical institution. Although I greatly appreciate your doctors, you are not at all happy with the situation. Are you planning to do anything? I would rate the work of doctors with 10 on a 5-point scale, they really care. But since corona safety is important, I rate it 1. Thank you for the answer. I called the health service and they said that I am still right that every dental clinic must ensure the safety of all customers and demand masks from all customers themselves.

I am already a client of Kaja's dentistry, so far I have not had to be disappointed. The best!
