The way how receptionist speaks to customers is disgusting. I think they need to have some training how to talk to people in decent and not the dragon manner. After several years of being a customer, I will seek treatment elsewhere.

Unhappy with the level of the service at the reception. I had an emergency situation, called HanzaDent yesterday, they said come in and we'll squeeze you between other patients. So I came to only wait and hear that there is nothing that can be done in not very polite manner. Lost about 2 hours and had to look for another options.

Quickly, clearly, professionally and most importantly - without pain! I was very pleased.
