Yes, I would like to visit a family doctor with a mild concern that does not require immediate intervention and is not life-threatening, but is not the idea of ​​a family physician that I can get there with any worry in a few days?

Extremely unpleasant behavior by people at the reception. I turned there as a possible new patient, but the answer was only sudden. No one welcomed or explained the situation. I was also ready for paid patient service, but never again. Doctors can't comment, but unfortunately the reception creates a first impression.

It is very difficult to reach by phone. The line is busy at all times and will not be accepted if you call. It is difficult to start / end a medical record because there is no access to the line. It is not possible to open the medical record by e-mail. Sometimes you have to call them for lessons before they arrive
