Bad attitude from cashier

Sim card got stuck into my Iphone 7. Starcom Ülemiste fixed that but after the repairs the home button and fingerprint reader (touch id) didn't work. They didn't take any responsibility in that and didn't offer (not in store and afterwards via email) any options how to solve the situation. The only proposal was for me to buy more repair services from them.

Had battery replaced there in my iPhone. 9 months later phone does not switch on even with charger connected. It means they are using cheapest Chinese parts. Their reply to complaint was that most likely motherboard got damaged. Further investigation at customer cost. Total disregard of the customers.

Very bad service. It's just a lie to call back and the manager is currently at Kristiine's shop at work. The phone was allowed to take 2-14 days, but at the moment it has been over a month. The e-mails are not answered and no solution is sought. Do not recommend!!
