Service can be slow either late near closing time when only one person is working. Also have had to call them multiple times to have someone pick up. Otherwise the service itself has been great, fast and efficient. They answered my questions clearly and got all issues resolved fast. Also while being very professional and friendly.

I bought buds live headphones. after 4 days one of them stopped working. Brought back to be accepted as a guarantee or exchanged. We started to send to the warranty service. I asked them to send it themselves. Not even accepted. Now we will wait for an answer :). Wouldn't recommend this place. Easier to buy in another store for the same money.

Got acquired z flip. Service super plus and clean. 3 months later dead pixel on the screen. The phone then went under warranty repair as required and then to their partner in Mttc Estonia. The replacement Samsung is not offered by Mttc and is not provided by Mttc as Samsung has not subscribed to such a service. Hello ... we live in 2020. It's basic that you offer something. And Ülemiste's Samsung service providers are shaking hands and saying that they are sorry and you need to be without a phone for a week. That's why I don't buy a new phone. Awful store. I bought a flip z phone. After five days, the pixel came out, and there was a small dent in this place, which I only noticed when the pixel burned out. I didn’t do it, the phone didn’t fall anywhere, and I didn’t do any damage to it myself. They said to take it to the warranty repair. At Mttc OU. There they refused to give me a guarantee, citing mechanical damage and quickly removed the phone from the guarantee. There is only one conclusion: this company sold me a defective phone with already existing screen damage, and all the blame was blamed on me.
