Poor follow up action. You can’t fully trust the designer. Measurement and materials could went wrong even the order was b&w confirmed. You need to keep chasing the schedule from time to time. The designer would not inform you any update unless you gone mad. I spent nearly 9-months to have a completed kitchen (wrong design). Installer craftsmanship is fine.

You cannot fully trust company, the project and design they provide. Every little piece needs to be rechecked after you agreed from the final plan (it could be not what you discussed). Assembly is pain a lot too.

Only black hinges use locker doors. Even if the cabinet's frame is white and the doors are white, the black hinges that look when you open the cabinet door look pretty ugly. They claim that they only have black souls in their product range.
