Awful customer service, downright rude and resentful - I walked out in the end. I went here looking for a bracelet and earrings in the same range as a necklace I had bought previously from their store Kristiine Keskus (the service there wasn't much to right home about - but nothing like this). The up-side was I then found out I can buy the same stuff online directly from the brand in question for half the price - so clearly a huge mark-up here as well.

Excellent service of Christina's consultant, individual approach to the client, which is very rare in our salons. Highly recommend, a wide selection of jewelry different from anything on sale. A wonderful salon!
