They confused the phase with grounding on the automatic plate.

Plumbing work was required in the apartment, a plumber arrived, made a list of works in 30 minutes. I asked to call the dispatcher in 2 days and find out the approximate cost and agree on the timing. I called 3 times within 3 weeks, until now my application is on their desk, no one is working on it. It looks like this company doesn't need money. Since the company serves the house, I had to apply a second time to turn off the water at the entrance. The water was turned off, but no one came to turn it on. The dispatcher could not do anything, waited 2 hours, as a result, another company opened the water for us.

Generally terrible company dispatcher is very disgusting,
