Loved the experience here. They lady could not speak english. But understood what I want from the picture I showed for a haircut. Also the receptionist can speak english , so she helped with communication also. T Recommending this place because it doesn't break your bank unlike some popular salons in Tallinn.

It is impossible to comb immediately after washing, absolutely wet, long, extended hair. Everyone knows this, but for some reason not a hairdresser in this salon ... I combed from the top, not from the ends. Hair was long, it all stretched, fell in clumps to the floor. Even I can't afford to go over my hair like that ...
