Today they lost one sell just i was about to pay new Imac i5 + insurance. My disagreement was that I cannot buy extra warranty for companies before the Apple one finish. And the treatment received questioning the system made me go from the shop. Also soon I am planning to buy soon a apple new macbook pro 16" but I definitely not here. Customers always has the right, but in estonia they still have mindset of threat customers as they make you a favour.
