Awful company. Awful design. They left 14.5 cm between closet and door which wasted all my space and blocked my place to put curtain.

I am writing feedback about the salon of Pärnu mnt. Since it was close to me, or basically across the road, I chose this salon. The sales process was all the norm. I went to the salon several more times and clarified things so that the closet could still be according to my wishes. I would pay half the money in advance. There was a meter who measured all the walls for a long time. Then I get a notification from the customer service that there is still money to be paid, that something has not been added to the invoice. Without it, the contents of the cabinet would have been ugly, so I inevitably had to agree. It was time for installation. Since I myself did not want to be in the same apartment with the installers in fear of the virus (because they were not wearing a mask), I left the apartment for 2 hours. I had calculated that I could leave in 2 hours. After about half an hour, the installers call that the work is incomplete because one of the cabinet walls was incorrectly measured. They left then, my door remained open to everyone, because they could not return to the apartment immediately from a bird's eye view. Then they came back a second time, again a problem. My sloping walls were not taken into account. The installer's boys then left again. Then I get a call from an arrogant customer service representative. He wants an IMMEDIATE answer to what we are now doing with this miscalculated drawer. They are not going to come back for the third time. Whose fault was it that they had to come back a second time ... not mine anyway. If possible, do not take a man named Peeter as your customer service representative in the Pärnu mnt salon. I received confirmation from their own employees that there had to be constant problems with this man in the company. You don't admit your mistake, you can also apologize at the end of the call. The website of the sliding door beautifully states that they are the largest retailer of custom-made wardrobes and slides in Estonia. Don't understand how this custom furniture is when I can verify that my walls are so sloping. That's why I ordered custom-made furniture because my walls are sloping. If I had straight walls, I could just buy a closet for myself at any store. I understand that such large companies can afford such arrogant behavior :) I would have almost ordered a wardrobe from it at the same time as the first closet was in operation. I am very happy that I still waited for the second order and received confirmation that I would not want to deal with this company anymore. The installers were very nice and understanding. Praise them!

Super service and very nice cabinets! There was a wide selection of materials and we found beautiful wardrobes for the whole house. New to my closets! Advise :)
